I’m not sure that what’s about this website but I guess it’s about character design. They have a lot of cute character and also cute website. Unfortunately I can’t read Japanese so I don’t know anything too.

I really like the first page, they use many banners as menu and these banners can arrange according to your window, if you resize your window, you’ll see that these banners change their positions.
