Actually I did this project for a while but I’m busy so I didn’t update my site.

My first salad dressing is thousand island. I’ve got this recipe from Cuisine magazine. It’s easier than I think, just mix every ingredient together.

อันที่จริงน้ำสลัดนี่ทำเสร็จนานมากแล้ว ตั้งแต่ประมาณช่วงวันพ่อได้ แต่เพราะไม่ว่างเลยไม่ได้อัพเดทเลย

น้ำสลัดที่ทำชนิดแรกนี้คือ thousand island พอดีว่าได้สูตรมาจากหนังสือ Cuisine รู้สึกว่าง่ายกว่าที่คิดไว้แฮะ จริงๆ แล้วแค่เอาส่วนผสมทุกอย่างมาคนรวมกันก็เสร็จแล้ว

Thousand island dressing ingredients that I made has mayonnaise, ketchup, chill sauce, worcestershire sauce, green pepper and onion. I think it’s pretty good but there’s something strange because I don’t like green pepper. I’ve searched thousand island dressing recipe on internet, some of them use pickle not green pepper, next time I’ll use pickle, it would be better for me.

ส่วนผสมก็มีมายองเนส ซอสมะเขือเทศ ซอสพริก worcestershire sauce พริกหยวก และหัวหอม จริงๆแล้วมันก็ออกมาค่อนข้างโอเคเลยนะ แต่กินแล้วแปลกๆ ไม่เหมือนที่ซื้อมากินเท่าไหร่ คงเพราะว่าไม่ชอบพริกหยวกหนะ กลิ่นพริกหยวกแรงมากกก หลังจากนั้นก็เลยไปสืบค้นในอินเตอร์เน็ตก็พบว่า บางสูตรเค้าก็ใส่เป็นผักดองแทน คิดว่าคราวหน้าก็จะใช้ผักดองแทนน่าจะดีกว่า อิิอิ

Look at my salad, there are rocket, red coral and mushroom meatloaf with thousand island dressing. All of that (except mushroom meatloaf) comes from my garden.

มาดูหน้าตาของสลัดของเรากันดีกว่า ในนี้มี rocket, red coral แล้วก็มีทโลฟเห็ด แล้วก็น้ำสลัดของเรานั่นเอง เย้ ทั้งหมดนี้ยกเว้นมีทโลฟเห็ด มาจากสวนของมิรุนั่นเอง
